Lunasoft-MBI Solution Changes Company Name to 'Bloom AI'

Lunasoft-MBI Solution announced on the 23rd that they have completed their corporate merger and changed their name to the new name 'Blumn AI'. This name change is a measure that reflects the strategic will to strengthen the artificial intelligence transformation (AX, AI Transformation).

'Bloom.AI' is a combination of the word 'Blumn', meaning 'to bloom', and artificial intelligence (AI), and contains the corporate philosophy of naturally and efficiently connecting communication between companies and customers through AI technology specialized in customer consultation. The new corporate image symbolizes 'harmony', 'connection', and 'growth' through a curved logo, and visually expresses the coexistence of people and technology.

Bloom AI is focusing on advancing customer response automation technology that incorporates AI through the merger. Its representative service is the chat-based customer response solution 'Happy Talk', and its AI ARS consultation calls are applying generative AI assistants, callbots, and multimodal AI technologies, and it is proposing customized AX strategies to corporate customers preparing to transition to AI contact centers (AICC).
