Bespin Global , an AI managed service company, announced that it participated in the 'AWS FSI Conference 2025 for Financial Business Innovation' held at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul on June 19th and introduced AI-based strategies and solutions for digital transformation of the financial industry.
This conference was hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), and major domestic and international companies and technology partners participated in the topic of cloud transformation and application modernization in the financial industry. In particular, many cases of financial service innovation using generative AI were shared, as well as measures to strengthen security and resilience considering cloud-based infrastructure and regulatory response.
The event consisted of three tracks: ▲Cases of financial sector-generated AI and data-based innovation ▲Service resilience and security ▲Operational advancement, and a total of more than 20 case presentations were given. Cases of digital transformation of global financial institutions and cloud utilization strategies of domestic financial companies were introduced, followed by discussions on the adoption trends of AI and cloud technologies across the industry.
At this event, Bespin Global presented on the topic of ‘Financial Customer Experience Innovation and Cloud Operation Automation Completed with HelpNow Agentic AI.’ The presentation also introduced customer response automation based on generative AI, as well as work efficiency improvement cases utilizing the company’s cloud operation automation tool, ‘HelpNow AutoMSP.’
At the exhibition booth, customized AI introduction consulting and solution demos were held for financial customers.
