On June 18, iTmax participated in Salesforce's annual AI conference, 'AgentForce World Tour Korea 2025', held at COEX in Seoul, and shared AI-based digital transformation strategies and generative AI application cases.
At this event, iTmax introduced practical application methods of Salesforce solutions and generative AI technology through a total of four programs: ▲ESG reference session presentation ▲manufacturing industry-focused presentation session ▲exhibition booth consultation ▲hackathon demo demonstration.
In particular, in the Customer Reference Roundtable (CRR) session with NetZero Cloud customers, practical strategies related to ESG disclosure response and carbon emissions management were presented. Itmax attracted attention by sharing strategies centered on digital ESG implementation cases such as carbon emissions calculation, data collection system establishment, and report writing.
In the Track 2 session, the integrated operation case of i2DMS, a Salesforce-based partner management system, and AgentForce, a generative AI platform, was introduced under the theme of 'AI Transformation of the Manufacturing Industry, Designing the Future with Partners'. Automation and efficiency strategies utilizing AI were presented in various tasks such as promotion planning, dealer response, performance analysis, and claim processing.
At the exhibition booth at the event venue, major products such as Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, i2DMS, and AgentForce were introduced by industry, and practical introduction consulting and AI-based business automation demos were held on site. Visitors were able to directly experience and consult on customized application cases.
In addition, the development demo of iTuMax, the winner of the Salesforce Hackathon 'AI Game Changer', was also released. The demo combines generative AI and business processes to automatically classify and respond to complex requests, and demonstrates the potential of AI in customer service and operational support.
An official from iTmax said, “This world tour was a place to discuss AI transformation strategies applicable to industrial sites, and we will design an executable roadmap with our customers based on our multi-cloud capabilities and construction experience.”
