Gruve's Korean investment arm, Pricow, announced that it participated as an official partner in 'Agentforce World Tour Korea 2025' held at COEX in Seoul on the 18th.
This event was a place to share AI agent-based digital innovation cases across industries, and various companies' technology strategies and implementation cases were introduced, centering around Salesforce's AI platform 'Agentforce'. With global partners such as Snowflake and Deloitte participating, Freecow showcased its AI-based execution and consulting capabilities as an official Agentforce certified partner.
Freecow has been a Salesforce consulting partner since 2018, and was selected as an official AgentForce certified partner in April of this year. This event was the first official external activity since the certification, and Freecow introduced its AI solutions and short-term pilot programs through its booth.
Key announcements include ▲'Agent Force Starter Pilot' that applies AI agents to core tasks such as sales, marketing, and customer support, and ▲'Data Cloud Starter Pilot' that focuses on AI-based data integration and insight provision. Both programs can be built within a month, and their characteristic is that they support actual introduction and performance verification.
Freecow also demonstrated three AI-based business automation demos to help customers understand their business: marketing automation, special zone establishment support, and warranty claim processing. In addition, it unveiled an improved version of Lumin, a message integration platform that can manage Kakao Talk, Friend Talk, and SMS in a Salesforce environment.
“This conference was a great opportunity to directly introduce Freecow’s technology and execution capabilities to domestic and international customers,” said Tarun Raisoni, CEO of Groove. “Freecow will play a key role in Groove’s expansion into Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia as a strategic base in the Asian market going forward.”
