Habit Factory Launches 'Tax Helper' Service to Help Maximize Income Tax Deduction Benefits

Fintech company Habit Factory announced on the 18th that it has launched a tax saving assistance service through its app ‘Signal Planner.’

'Tax Saving Assistant' is a service that provides guidance on credit and check card usage ratios that maximize income deduction benefits based on consumption history.

It compares the income deduction limit based on the annual salary entered by the customer with the current deduction amount. It analyzes the previous month's consumption to inform the customer of what was good and what was lacking, and suggests ways to improve.

Habit Factory explained that they noticed the phenomenon of many customers looking for ways to get their money back every year before the year-end tax settlement period.

If you spend more than 25% of your total annual salary, the credit card and check card deduction rates are 15% and 30%, respectively. If there is a deduction amount in the process of evaluating income, your income will be reduced, which will have a tax-saving effect. Accordingly, Habit Factory planned a service so that users can enjoy the benefits without having to calculate everything. The goal is to help prepare for year-end tax settlement by providing guidance on how to increase your refund.

Jeong Yun-ho, co-CEO of Habit Factory, said, “By using this service, you can easily check whether you are spending in a way that helps with tax deductions,” and “I hope that you can increase your refund amount through planned spending.”
