MotorSense, an industrial predictive maintenance solution brand of Epapyrus, announced on the 18th that it participated in 'Smart Tech Korea (STK) 2025' held at COEX in Seoul from June 11th to 13th and showcased its key technologies.
MotorSense is an AI-based solution that can monitor the status of industrial motors in real time and predict the possibility of failure in advance. Since its launch in 2020, it has been applied to numerous manufacturing and industrial sites. It is characterized by the fact that everything from hardware (HW) to software (SW) was developed in-house by Epapyrus.
In this exhibition, wireless vibration sensors and predictive maintenance platforms were introduced together. The wireless vibration sensor has the advantage of being easy to install, and a magnet attachment method was added to the existing epoxy method. Vibration and temperature data collected through the sensor are transmitted to a cloud-based platform, and artificial intelligence analyzes them to predict signs and types of failures and their likelihood of occurrence.
The exhibition booth also revealed case data on early detection of failures in actual industrial sites. Through this, visitors were able to directly verify the effectiveness and technological capabilities of the predictive maintenance system.
An official from Ipapyrus said, “Through this STK 2025 participation, we were able to directly introduce MotorSense’s core technologies to industry professionals,” and “We plan to focus more on customer-centered functional advancements and solution expansion in the future.”
