
Platier , an AI/digital transformation (DX) solution specialist, announced on the 18th that it had supplied its AI-based personalized marketing solution 'groobee' to Jeju Air.
Groovy is a SaaS solution that automates customized marketing based on customer behavior by utilizing real-time big data analysis and machine learning/deep learning technologies. The company explained that this supply enables sophisticated message design and real-time personalized communication based on the customer journey within the Jeju Air app, contributing to improved marketing efficiency and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Groovy provides an automation function that tracks the customer journey in real time from reservation to boarding, tailored to the characteristics of the airline industry, and detects when the journey is interrupted and converts it into a marketing opportunity. Accordingly, it is moving away from the existing manual-centered marketing operation method and applying a real-time data-based automation scenario, and content and message methods can also be flexibly adjusted according to customer response.
Through this supply case, Platior emphasized the potential for use in various industries, including the aviation industry, and announced plans to continue to advance its solutions.
