Team Cookie CEO Ryu Tae-jun wins PR Company CEO of the Year at the '2025 Asia Pacific PR Awards'

Team Cookie, a tech startup PR firm, announced on the 18th that CEO Taejun Ryu was selected as the winner of the 'PR Agency Head of the Year' category at the '2025 PR Awards Asia-Pacific.'

The 'Asia Pacific PR Awards' is a prestigious PR awards ceremony hosted by the global communications media 'Campaign', and this year marks its 24th year. It is a place to discover and honor successful PR companies, brands, and campaigns across the Asia Pacific region, and more than 300 companies and consulting firms participate every year.

The award was announced at an awards ceremony held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong on the 12th. CEO Ryu Tae-jun was the only domestic company representative nominated and won the 'PR Company CEO of the Year' award, the highest award in the personal category, and became the youngest ever winner in that category. Team Cookie achieved double honors by winning both the campaign and individual categories at this awards ceremony.

Founded in 2022, Team Cookie is a PR consulting firm specializing in tech startups, and is working with startups in various technology fields such as AI, robotics, web3, fintech, and healthcare in Korea, the US, and Singapore. It is also pursuing strategic partnerships for domestic startups to advance into the global market, and is expanding collaboration with venture capitals and overseas consulting firms.

The Asia Pacific PR Awards Organizing Committee said in its introduction of the winner, “CEO Ryu has played a pivotal role in the global PR market through collaborations with major domestic and international tech companies,” and “He has grown the start-up Team Cookie into a notable PR firm in the Asia Pacific region.”
