Global medical platform company Cloud Hospital (CEO Suleiman Nazarov) announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Microsoft and will begin global expansion of medical content services based on Azure OpenAI Service.
Cloud Hospital provides a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) platform exclusively for hospitals and clinics to attract foreign patients. Through this platform, hospitals can build homepages and reservation systems in over 40 languages, including English, Japanese, Chinese, and Russian, and can receive integrated services for various hospital operations, such as global marketing, patient reservations, payments, and aftercare. It also includes functions such as multilingual automated response, work efficiency, and AI-based patient management.
Under this agreement, the two companies will supply Cloud Hospital’s SaaS products to the global market through Azure Marketplace and jointly develop an AI-based hospital guidance automation agent. Cooperation will be carried out from the early development stage, Proof of Concept (PoC), to commercialization.
Seonghyun Woo, CTO of Cloud Hospital, explained, “We plan to implement a multi-agent-based service architecture that goes beyond the existing use of generative AI to perform creation, review, and management roles.” The technology supports production by considering not only search engine optimization (SEO) but also a method optimized for generative AI (GEO) when processing a hospital’s medical information into content, and it also aims to automate patient consultation and aftercare using messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Microsoft will provide technical and ethical advice on this matter.
In addition, Cloud Hospitality is actively expanding into the global market based on branches in India and Singapore, as well as Korea, and plans to establish a US corporation in the second half of this year. The two companies will also cooperate in establishing and executing joint marketing strategies for market expansion to the US, Malaysia, South America, etc. As part of this, Cloud Hospitality plans to hold a seminar on the topic of ‘AI-based overseas expansion strategies’ for domestic medical institutions in the third quarter of this year.
Suleiman Nazarov, CEO of Cloud Hospital, said, “Based on Cloud Hospital’s global medical content data and hospital information, we will work with Microsoft to develop a reliable AI-based medical platform and strengthen our technological competitiveness in the global healthcare market.”
