Atomos, Blind Partnership.. “Expanding EAP Counseling for Office Workers”

Mind Cafe operator Atomos Co., Ltd. announced that it has formed a partnership with the anonymous community app for office workers, Blind, and will participate as a group of experts in the newly created 'Mental Health/Psychological Counseling' category within the Blind app.

With this partnership, Blind will create a dedicated 'Mental Health/Psychological Counseling' bulletin board within the app, and in that space, psychological counseling experts from Mind Cafe will comment on users' questions and provide professional advice through official accounts that have received 'PRO certification.'

Through this collaboration, Mind Cafe has expanded its user contact points by providing professional counseling content within the workplace community in addition to its own app. Blind plans to create a new user experience for psychological counseling based on the anonymity and openness of the community and Mind Cafe's expertise-based counseling experience and technology.

Kim Gyu-tae, CEO of Atomos, said, “Given that the demand for psychological counseling is naturally arising on Blind, the community app most actively used by office workers, this collaboration is a meaningful attempt to provide professional mental care services at the actual user contact point,” and explained, “Even within companies that are already operating EAPs, many members feel a psychological barrier of ‘where and how to start.’ Through this partnership, we designed a structure where users can easily experience psychological counseling within Blind, and then move on to more professional and in-depth counseling through the Mind Café app.”
