This selection is a strategic decision to discover and foster promising startups that will lead marketing innovation in the insurance and financial sectors by utilizing AI technology in a rapidly changing financial environment.
BigLink is a startup specializing in the creation of hyper-personalized marketing content and AI chatbot technology in the insurance and finance sectors. It helps insurance designers and marketers quickly and easily create customized marketing texts to increase sales efficiency.
In particular, BigLink possesses its own technology to reduce AI hallucination phenomenon by utilizing learning technology based on content network analysis, and has developed 'sLLM' technology that precisely analyzes marketing sentence structure and writing patterns based on over 10 billion pieces of marketing data.
An official from Seoul Fintech Lab stated, “BigLink is a next-generation leader in the insurance and fintech fields with both technological prowess and proven cases, and is setting new standards for financial marketing through AI technology.” He added, “We plan to continue to provide full support so that BigLink can grow steadily in domestic and international markets.”
