Korea Credit Data Launches CashNote AI Assistant ‘Cashini’

Cashnote introduces AI secretary ‘Cashini’… Expanding convenience of store operation by fully introducing AI to management sites

Immediately respond to questions needed in the self-employed field, from real-time sales and deposit confirmation to comparison of competitive business areas

AI technology applied to all users without price increase… Free users can also use it up to 155 times per month

Korea Credit Data (KCD), which operates the management service 'Cash Note' that has been introduced to 1.8 million small business establishments nationwide, announced on the 16th that it has launched Cashini, an AI secretary that will solve real-time questions about self-employed management.

Cashni, newly introduced by Cashnote, is a new AI service that meticulously takes care of your business based on store data. To use Cashni, you can check practical business information such as sales, expected deposit amount, business area analysis, and store review analysis with just a simple question without having to move to a separate menu.

Cashini's strength is that it understands and responds to questions based on actual business data. Unlike simple internet search-type chatbots, it provides contextual responses tailored to questions by linking Cashnote's internal sales and deposit data, customer center information, and business district comparison APIs. For example, AI directly interprets and answers questions such as "How much were the sales this week?", "Can you write a promotional slogan for our store?", and "How are the sales this month compared to the local business districts in our neighborhood?"

Unlike general AI chatbot services that remain based on external knowledge, Cashini has a distinct difference in that it reads the actual store's management data in real time to provide specific and practical answers. Through this, it is expected that AI will be able to establish itself as a management partner rather than a simple customer service assistant.

Anyone who is a member of Cashnote can use Cashini. Cashnote Plus membership 'Standard' members can use it up to 1,000 times a month. AI features have been added, but there is no price increase. Cashini is also available to free users. General (free) members can ask questions to AI up to 155 times a month and up to 5 times a day. Free members can also use AI up to 50 times until midnight on the first day of use. This is a consideration to help users who are using AI for the first time understand its functions.

Starting with the launch of Cashini, Korea Credit Data plans to gradually expand AI technology to the self-employed field. In the future, it will add voice recognition functions, recommendation-based management notifications, sales prediction-type question-answering functions, and even provide advice on the mood of the CEO, and will develop the AI service beyond simple conversational AI into a practical business secretary.

Yoo Kwang-jin, team leader of the accounting team at Korea Credit Data, said, “AI is no longer a technology of the distant future, but should become the management partner of today’s CEOs,” adding, “Starting with ‘Cashini,’ CashNote will be with you at every moment of your business to be faster, smarter, and warmer.”
