Brain Commerce, '2025 Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project' Participating Companies Recruitment

Brain Commerce, which operates the career platform Jobplanet, announced on the 24th that it is recruiting companies to participate in the '2025 Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project' together with the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The 'Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project' is a youth-oriented practical capacity enhancement program that provides young people with practical work experience opportunities and companies with financial support benefits such as securing excellent talent and personnel expenses. During the work experience period, companies can directly evaluate the practical adaptability and capabilities of young talents, and use it as an opportunity for preliminary review before converting them to regular employees.

Business participation is limited to companies with 10 or more employees insured by employment insurance, and certified companies such as venture companies, innobiz, mainbiz, and social enterprises can apply even if they have less than 10 employees. Public institutions, local public enterprises, non-profit organizations, and corporations can also participate.

The work experience program is divided into three types, depending on the operation method: ▲'Intern Type', where young people directly perform practical tasks at a company; ▲'Project Type', where teams of four or fewer perform practical projects and receive coaching from experts; and ▲'ESG Type', which is linked to the company's ESG strategy.

Companies wishing to participate can apply through the Brain Commerce Future Tomorrow Experience Business Team, and simply submit a simple application form by scanning the QR code.
