
Real estate auction information platform ' Auction Yard ' (operator Wished) announced on the 16th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with EM Financial Loan, a non-performing loan (NPL) investment specialist, to promote joint business in the NPL field.
This agreement was created to jointly plan NPL-related projects and establish a practical cooperation system based on the expertise and resources of both companies. According to the agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲joint business and project development ▲sharing information and infrastructure ▲exchanging bond and real estate listing information ▲joint marketing and holding education and seminars.
The goal is to provide investors with improved information accessibility and practical support capabilities, and to enhance investment convenience in the NPL market.
Auction Yard is a platform that has been providing real estate auction information for free since 2019. It supports even beginners to easily utilize auction information through a user-friendly UI and self-developed rights analysis algorithm. Recently, it has expanded its service area to include all areas of real estate investment, such as NPL and yield analysis.
EM Financial Loan provides structured investment solutions based on practical experience in purchasing and recovering bonds and bad debts, and is a company that has created a stable investment environment through a field-oriented operation system and proven cases.
