
B-Dream announced on the 16th that it was selected as a '2025 Youth-Attracting Company' promoted by Busan City.
The 'Youth-friendly Enterprise' selection project was launched to discover excellent local enterprises that young people may prefer, support job matching with young talent, and raise awareness of local enterprises among young people, and to alleviate job mismatch. Busan City selected a total of 100 companies this year.
V-Dream was selected through evaluations of various criteria such as wages and employment stability, organizational culture, and self-development support, and passed screening procedures such as written evaluations, on-site evaluations by the youth evaluation team, and expert evaluations.
Through this selection, V-Dream will receive various support including ▲PR marketing support ▲assignment of a dedicated youth manager ▲participation in company briefings for universities and youth ▲opportunity to participate in job fairs ▲certification as an excellent youth employment company ▲good workplace reinforcement support fund, etc.
V-Dream connects job seekers with disabilities with companies looking to hire from home through its platform, Flip, and is working to create a disabled-friendly work environment through customized job development, job training, work monitoring, and human resource management systems.
In addition, V Dream is implementing various systems such as flexible working hours, 'Family Day', maternity and childcare leave, and has been certified as a family-friendly company. It also operates a system to improve employee welfare such as the 'V Coin' welfare point system, meal and snack expenses support, and excellent employee awards.
