Sejong Center, '2025 Local Content Branding Contest' Held

Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as Sejong Center) announced on the 13th that it will hold the '2025 Local Content Branding Contest' to discover local content products symbolizing Jochiwon and link them to actual commercialization.

This contest aims to discover and support tourism souvenirs that reflect the unique resources of the region, such as Jochiwon's history, people, famous places, and special products. In addition to the creativity of the products, sales potential and marketability are also evaluated.

Anyone residing in Korea is eligible to participate, and if it is a finished product that reflects the characteristics of Jochiwon, even products that are already on sale can be submitted. However, this is limited to cases where the product has been renewed by creatively incorporating a story related to Jochiwon, and students attending universities located in Sejong City may receive preferential treatment during the evaluation.

Applications can be submitted via email (kjh98@ccei.kr), in person, or by mail, and the deadline is the end of August 2025. For more information, please refer to the announcement.

The final selected winners will be provided with prize money and follow-up support opportunities, such as participation in a pop-up store linked to a major event in Sejong City. However, the winners must participate in the event, and individual participants must complete business registration within two months of receiving the award.
