Giraffe AI Labs Korea has been selected as a new resident company for the first half of 2025 by Seoul Fintech Lab, a fintech startup support organization operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. This resident is expected to be an important opportunity for Giraffe AI Labs to grow into a global financial platform company.
Seoul Fintech Lab is a fintech startup incubation space established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. It provides office space to selected companies and operates various support programs such as mentoring, networking, and investment linkage. Seoul Fintech Lab, which has established itself as a major fintech hub in Asia, focuses on creating an environment that helps innovative technology-based startups enter the global market, and plans to further accelerate the expansion of the global fintech ecosystem centered in Seoul through this move-in.
Giraffe AI Labs is developing a Web3-based securities platform that can integrate and trade various asset classes such as stocks, bonds, futures, security tokens (STOs), and virtual assets by utilizing AI quant strategies as its core technology.
An official from Seoul Fintech Lab stated, “Giraffe AI Labs is a company with the potential to overcome the limitations of traditional finance with an innovative platform that combines AI and Web3 technology,” and “We will actively help it grow into a global fintech company based on support from Seoul Fintech Lab.”
Byung-wook Cho, CEO of Giraffe AI Labs, said, “We expect to strengthen our cooperative network with fintech companies and expand opportunities to attract investment through our move into Seoul Fintech Lab,” and “We will accelerate the construction of a global securities platform based on AI and Web3 technologies to lead the future financial market.”
