Libres Signs Strategic Business Agreement with Greenloop

Re'breath, a fashion reform specialist company, announced that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Greenloop, a clothing collection specialist company, and agreed to cooperate in establishing a resource circulation structure through systematic collection and high value-added reform of waste clothing.

Libres is an online fashion tech company that redesigns and reforms used, unsold, and discarded clothing into new fashion items. Its specialty is providing customized reform solutions based on its own clothing design data and consumer input information. Consumers can input the clothing’s dimensions, material, front and back photos, etc. to check if it can be reformed, and this service will be provided through a dedicated application in the future.

Green Loop, a partner in this agreement, is a company that operates a smart clothing collection system that applies Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and is increasing the efficiency and transparency of waste clothing collection. The collected clothing goes through a sorting process and is reused or recycled.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly promote ▲smart collection and reform of waste clothing ▲expanding the use of domestic circular resources ▲creating a sustainable clothing ecosystem.

“This agreement, which combines a technology-based collection system and reform design, will serve as a new model for sustainable fashion,” a Libres official said. “We expect it to present a differentiated consumption experience to consumers and a sustainable circular structure to the industry.”
