MIQ Solution Receives the Minister of Science and ICT Award at the 5th Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards

MI Cube Solution , a smart factory and autonomous manufacturing solution company, won the Minister of Science and ICT Award at the 5th Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards held at COEX in Seoul on June 12.

The 'Republic of Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards' is an event designed to discover and encourage companies that have contributed to industrial development through convergence and innovation based on artificial intelligence technology. It is hosted by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Association (AIIA) and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency.

MI Cube Solution received the Minister's Award in the 'Industry' category, the highest honor, in recognition of its supply of smart factory and autonomous manufacturing solutions for digital transformation (DX) and artificial intelligence transformation (AX) in manufacturing sites.

The awards ceremony was held as a side event for the 'Smart Tech Korea 2025' exhibition, and after the event, key officials, including Yeom Yeol, Director General of Information and Communication Policy at the Ministry of Science and ICT, visited the MICUBE Solutions exhibition booth to observe the introduction case of their main solution, 'MICUBE.AI', and a demo of the no-code based MLOps platform.

'MICUBE.AI' consists of artificial intelligence services specialized for the manufacturing industry. Its main functions include ▲'Quality Prediction', which automatically analyzes product defects, ▲'Anomaly Detection', which detects equipment failures in advance, ▲'Predictive Maintenance' for preventive maintenance, and ▲'Process Optimization', an AI-based process operation solution. It is evaluated as a strength in that it can simultaneously improve the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process.

The solution is linked to existing smart factory systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and EES (Equipment Engineering System) to support the construction of an autonomous manufacturing environment that integrates and analyzes data across the entire process and automates factory operations.

Park Moon-won, CEO of MICUBE Solution, said, “Our company has continuously invested in research and development to expand smart factories, and as a result, we were able to present autonomous manufacturing solutions such as ‘MICUBE.AI’,” adding, “We will continue to focus our capabilities on advancing our technology so that we can lead the era of autonomous manufacturing.”
