Crowdworks, Receives the President's Award from the National IT Industry Promotion Agency at the '2025 Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards'

Crowdworks announced on the 13th that it won the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) President's Award in the Technology (Cross-industry) category at the '2025 Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards' held at COEX in Seoul on the 12th.

This award is a recognition of Crowdworks' contribution to the development of the domestic AI industry by providing reliable AI services in various industrial fields through 'Alpy', an agentic AI operation management solution developed by Crowdworks.

The 'Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards' is a representative domestic AI industry awards ceremony hosted by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), and the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA). This year marks the 5th anniversary.

Crowdworks has played a key role in the entire AI ecosystem, from AI data construction to model development, reliability and safety evaluation. In particular, the 'Alpi' solution supports the entire AI introduction process, including agentic AI development, operation optimization, evaluation, and verification.

'Alphi' consists of a total of 6 core solutions: ▲'Knowledge Compiler', which preprocesses unstructured data based on RAG, ▲'Agent Studio', an agent development tool, ▲'Admin', which monitors LLM token usage and service costs, and ▲'Evaluation', which evaluates AI reliability and safety.

In particular, 'Knowledge Compiler' converts various documents such as PDF, HWP, and PPT into data that AI can understand using optical character recognition (OCR), parsing, and chunking technologies, and is the first in the industry to apply a document complexity analysis matrix to reduce the possibility of errors in mass document preprocessing and support efficient schedule and cost management.

Kim Woo-seung, CEO of Crowdworks, said, “It is meaningful that our efforts to provide reliable AI technology to businesses have been recognized,” and added, “We will further develop ‘Alphi’ in the future and contribute to improving the level of AI utilization across industries at home and abroad.”
