– Supporting Posttips companies to scale up through sharing of best practices in IPO and M&A

KIST Hongneung Special Zone Business Group (hereinafter referred to as Hongneung Special Zone), the organization hosting the PostTips project, announced that it successfully held the '1st CEO Seminar and Networking' at Seoul Startup Branch on the 9th as part of the 2024 PostTips project.
This event was designed to support the growth capacity of startups selected by PostTips, and presented practical scale-up plans through sharing best practices in the fields of technology-specific IPOs and M&A and networking with industry experts.
At the event, ▲Byte CEO Kim Hyun-jun (former co-founder of Viewno) presented an IPO case through a technology-specific listing, and ▲Chairman Lee Geum-ryong of the Challenge and Sharing Association presented a successful M&A case through Auction, sharing experiences and strategies from actual corporate growth processes.
The Hongneung Special Zone Business Group has focused on attracting investment and building a global network through the Post Tips business. In 2023, Mobilint successfully attracted 2 billion won in investment, and Jibrain successfully attracted 4.5 billion won. In addition, through cooperation with SBI Investment, a leading local venture capital in Japan, and Global Blain, a global networking infrastructure was built, laying the foundation for attracting overseas investment with Japanese investors.
