Fast Five ( CEO Dae-il Kim ) , a leading domestic office brand , announced 15 branches that achieved a 0% vacancy rate in the first half of 2025. Fast Five recorded a 0% vacancy rate in all of its major branches in the downtown area (CBD), including Chungmuro 1 , Yongsan 1 , Hannam 1 , Samsung 4 , and Pangyo , proving the competitiveness of shared offices even in the midst of a slump in the traditional office market and solidifying its position in the office market .
The achievement of a 0% vacancy rate in these 15 major locations demonstrates Fast Five’s competitiveness even in the overall sluggish Seoul office market . The Seoul office vacancy rate in the first quarter of 2025 was the highest in three years since 2022 , but demand for Fast Five’s major locations is so high that there is currently a waiting list for tenants .
In particular, the reason Fast Five was able to achieve outstanding results in the Gangnam area of the city center is the increase in demand for exclusive floors in the Gangnam area . In this area, compared to other areas, there are active inquiries from companies with 30 or so employees , and the demand for independent spaces for each company is consistently high . Accordingly, Fast Five has prepared a number of exclusive floors in major locations in the Gangnam area , effectively absorbing the increasing customer demand .
