
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “KIBO”) announced that it had received the “Fair Recruitment Excellence Organization Certification” at the “2025 First Half Fair Recruitment Excellence Organization Certification Ceremony” held at the FKI Tower Conference Center in Yeouido, Seoul on the 12th.
The Fair Recruitment Excellence Organization Certification System is a system in which the Korea Management Certification Institute (KMR) certifies public institutions and companies that eliminate biased elements in recruitment and practice fair recruitment centered on job competency. The evaluation items consist of three categories: ▲Recruitment System ▲Recruitment Operation ▲Recruitment Performance, and are selected through a thorough examination of a total of 59 detailed items.
Following its first certification as an “Excellent Fair Recruitment Organization” in June of last year, Kibo was recognized for its excellent recruitment management capabilities by receiving a high score of over 900 points out of a total of 1,000 points in three categories in this year’s renewal review.
In particular, the improvement of the hiring process based on the applicant satisfaction survey at each stage of the hiring process and the strengthening of applicant-centered empathy hiring were highly evaluated. As a result, the company achieved the highest score in the new employee satisfaction category and became the only fund management quasi-governmental organization to receive the 2025 Fair Recruitment Excellent Organization Certification.
Meanwhile, Kibo has been strengthening fairness and transparency by introducing a job competency-centered recruitment system based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) since 2015 and fully implementing blind recruitment since 2018. Recently, in order to meet the high expectations of job seekers for fair recruitment, the company has been upgrading the recruitment process and making continuous improvement efforts to establish a fair recruitment system.
