Seoul Fintech Lab, a fintech specialized startup support platform, announced on the 12th that it selected Lumiglu as a new resident company in the first half of 2025. Lumiglu is a startup that operates Donnamu, a no-code marketing solution that combines reward and gamification elements based on user data analysis and prepaid electronic payment technology.
Founded in 2021, Lumiglu provides a subscription rewards platform that can easily implement various interactive events such as attendance checks, roulette, lottery, and quizzes with the goal of inducing user revisit and strengthening loyalty in the app. Marketers can apply events to the app without separate development, and users can receive rewards through point accumulation and in-app coupon exchange. Through this, it has proven the effect of improving the average LTV (customer lifetime value) of the client company, and it is characterized by increased operational efficiency with functions such as real-time event monitoring and point dashboard.
Based on its performance in the domestic market, Lumiglu is also preparing to enter global markets such as the US and UK. Through partnerships with Blackhawk Network, Tango Card, Runa, etc., it has established a coupon issuance infrastructure in over 100 countries and has also completed multilingual localization. Currently, it is promoting PoC (proof of concept) with global companies through participation in overseas exhibitions such as CES 2025 and GGG 2025.
Through this move into Seoul Fintech Lab, Lumiglu plans to share its global partner network with resident companies and contribute to lowering the barriers to entry into overseas payment markets. Through this, it is expected to contribute to the global expansion strategy of fintech companies that Seoul Fintech Lab is pursuing.
Lumiglu is also preparing to attract Pre-A investment (KRW 600 million) to expand its enterprise customer base in the second half of 2025. In 2024, it was selected for four government-supported projects and secured approximately KRW 745 million in funding, and is planning to raise an additional KRW 900 million by 2026.
An official from Seoul Fintech Lab said, “The entry of technology-based startups like Lumiglu will help strengthen the global competitiveness of the fintech industry,” and “We will continue to actively support the discovery and scale-up of promising companies.”
