Food tech startup Eniai (CEO Hwang Geon-pil) is recruiting sales partners for its hamburger cooking robot 'Alpha Grill'. The domestic hamburger market is worth about 5 trillion won, and as demand for cooking automation expands beyond large franchises to self-employed businesses and local stores, the company plans to expand sales channels.
The 'Alpha Grill' developed by Eniai is a robot that automatically cooks hamburger patties. It cooks up to 200 patties per hour with consistent quality, and its structure cooks both sides of the patty simultaneously, shortening the cooking time by half compared to a regular grill. The patties are automatically moved after cooking to prevent overcooking.
Currently, 'Alpha Grill' is being used in about 30 locations nationwide, including large franchises such as Lotteria, Mom's Touch, and CJ Freshway's Burger Station, as well as self-employed stores in Busan and Chilgok, Gyeongbuk.
Sales partners introduce hamburger stores and receive commissions when a contract is signed. Product demonstrations, training, and A/S are directly supported by the headquarters, so partners can operate without investing in separate personnel or facilities. Enia is also recruiting partners who will be in charge of on-site installation.
“Demand for automated cooking in the domestic hamburger market is expanding not only to franchises but also to self-employed businesses and local stores,” said Lee Yong-kwon, Chief Business Officer (CBO). “Now is the right time for partners with distribution networks to respond to new demand.”
Meanwhile, sales partner recruitment is being conducted targeting those in the commercial kitchen distribution sector, such as cooking appliances and kitchen equipment, and those in the restaurant industry, and Enia plans to provide close support through partnership programs, such as product education and marketing materials.
