Tomato System announced on the 12th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with five companies, including On & On Information System, Flow Control, Chiloen, and Metabuild, to form a 'SW+AI Convergence Innovation Company Alliance'.
This agreement, which took place at the AI, CLOUD, DATA Linkage Platform Lifelong Education Center on the 4th floor of Metabuild's 2nd building, is a strategic alliance to proactively respond to the changing market and create new business opportunities through AI and cloud-based technological innovation.
The participating companies are jointly building an 'AI-integrated DevOps system' that integrates AI into the entire process from planning to development, distribution, and operation. Each company is dividing roles based on its unique technical capabilities: On & On Information System is in charge of automatic backend code generation, Tomato System is in charge of automatic UI generation, Meta Build is in charge of automatic linkage and test data generation, Flow Control is in charge of process modeling and practitioner support functions, and Chiloen is in charge of AI music service.
Currently, these companies are jointly participating in the 'AI Integrated Platform Construction Project' promoted by the Social Security Information Service, and are collaborating on the project by combining generative AI technology with each company's core capabilities.
The alliance plans to continue to establish a foundation for sustainable growth through ▲sharing information on new AI technologies, ▲joint R&D and discovery of new services, ▲joint marketing and order-taking activities, ▲personal exchanges such as seminars and workshops, ▲regular information exchange and resource sharing, etc.
Tomato System CEO Lee Sang-don emphasized, “The introduction of generative AI goes beyond simple productivity improvements to change the nature of SI business and open up new market opportunities,” and “This business agreement is the starting point of a strategic partnership that can create real synergy by combining the technologies and visions of each company.”
He continued, “We will do our best to expand the joint market and achieve sustainable growth based on AI-based innovative technology.”
