Kilsa Global, EcoPeace, and EV Surya Sign Three-Party Business Agreement

Kilsa Global announced that it signed a three-party business agreement (MOU) with EcoPeace , a Korean smart water management startup, and EV Surya, a Vietnamese cleantech company, for the introduction of smart water management technology. The agreement signing ceremony was held at the 'Da Nang Venture and Angel Investment Forum (DAVAS 2025)' held in Da Nang, Vietnam on May 30.

Through this agreement, the three companies plan to introduce Korean water quality management technology to the Da Nang region of Vietnam and establish a cooperative system for building sustainable urban infrastructure. To this end, they will jointly develop various technology verification and operation models, including water quality monitoring, green algae removal, and eco-friendly water infrastructure operation.

EcoPeace possesses technology that combines water quality improvement and leisure functions, centering on the eco-friendly water solution 'Healing Boat', and won the Innovation Award in the Smart City category at CES 2025. EV Surya is responsible for the local introduction and operation of EcoPeace solutions based on its experience in operating electric vehicle charging infrastructure and renewable energy in Vietnam. Kilsa Global will comprehensively support business development, government cooperation, and market expansion strategies in the Southeast Asian market.

The signing ceremony was attended by Sean Tan, Co-CEO of Kilsa Global, Michael Chae, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of EcoPeace, Ho Nguyen Truong, CEO of EV Surya, along with officials from the Danang Department of Science and Technology and the Innovation Startup Support Center (DISSC). Based on this agreement, the three companies plan to start with a demonstration project in Danang and expand their technology and business throughout ASEAN in the future.
