Alsquare Vietnam announced on the 11th that it has established an integrated support system to increase the success rate of domestic companies entering Vietnam, in cooperation with the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA), based on a database of approximately 50,000 commercial properties collected directly on site and NICE D&B's construction safety management SA1 grade (top 0.1%).
Alsquare Vietnam has recorded a cumulative brokerage performance of 50,000 pyeong over the past three years and a 300% sales growth rate in 2024 compared to the previous year. In particular, it has improved the existing information access limitations through a large-scale real estate database built in the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi areas.
In addition, Alsquare Design, a subsidiary of Alsquare, has proven its construction safety capabilities in the top 0.1% of the industry by receiving an SA1 grade in the NICE D&B Construction Safety Management Evaluation for two consecutive years. This is expected to contribute to reducing the problem of poor construction that companies entering Vietnam are concerned about.
Recently, Alsquare Vietnam signed a business agreement with the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency and established a cooperative system to support companies headquartered in Seoul to advance into Southeast Asia. According to the agreement, ▲customized office space matching service ▲settlement support program based on a local expert network ▲SA1 grade construction service linkage ▲joint brand overseas expansion briefing sessions, etc. are provided.
Shin Ji-min, CEO of Alsquare Vietnam, said, “Our goal is to solve the difficulties faced by companies entering Vietnam through data and verified safety capabilities,” and “Through cooperation with SBA, we will develop it into an integrated platform that covers everything from site selection to design, construction, and settlement.”
Lee Tae-hoon, head of the Industrial Hub Headquarters at the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency, said, “Collaboration with local private specialized organizations complements areas that are difficult for public organizations to support alone,” and “Alsquare Vietnam’s localized data and safety capabilities will be of great help to domestic companies in successfully settling in Vietnam.”
