G-Enterprise attracts 26 billion won in investment

GEnterprise, which operates the tax automation platform 'Biznap', announced on the 9th that it has raised a total of 26 billion won in Series C investment round, increasing the cumulative investment amount to 35.5 billion won.

This round of investment attracted the participation of NH Digital Alliance Fund, jointly managed by NH Investment & Securities and NH Venture Investment, as well as existing investor Wooshin Venture Investment, Shinhan Venture Investment, Magellan Technology Investment, G&Tech Venture Investment, and K2 Investment, among many new investors. In addition, DSC Investment participated in the investment by acquiring all of the shares previously held by Gorilla Private Equity Fund.

The investment will be used to improve Biznep’s core services and technologies, expand Biznep care services, strengthen marketing, and expand strategic partnerships with financial institutions and large platforms. In addition, investment will be focused on improving the tax-specialized real-time AI service ‘Biznep SeNa’, expanding services for corporate businesses, and developing new business models based on big data.

An official from the New Technology Finance Investment Department of NH Investment & Securities, which led this investment, said, “G Enterprise is a company with high growth potential and differentiated technological prowess in the domestic tax-tech field,” adding, “It has secured a competitive edge through complex tax law automation technology and a tax agent collaboration system, and we expect it to generate stable profits through a subscription model.”

G Enterprise CEO Lee Seong-bong said, “Through this investment, Biznep’s technological prowess and business model have been recognized by the market and investors,” and added, “We will continue to focus on AI-based technological innovation, service advancement, and brand strengthening to further solidify our leadership in the market.”
