-Development of localized service for 'Alibi' based on practical experience in the Japanese market… Aiming for launch in Japan within the year

BHSN (CEO Jeong-geun Lim), which operates the business legal AI solution 'allibee', announced on the 10th that it has signed a business agreement with Japanese legal tech company BoostDraft and is accelerating its expansion into the Japanese market.

This agreement was pursued as a strategic agreement to proactively respond to the rapidly changing global legal tech environment and grow into a leading company in the legal tech field in the Asian market. The two companies plan to actively cooperate in enhancing core service functions such as legal AI-based contract review and operating localization strategies tailored to each country's market in the future.

Based on the business agreement with Boostdraft, BHSN plans to launch a localized legal service including contract review and legal Q&A functions within the year. BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun will lead the localization strategy based on his practical experience at a large Japanese law firm.

Boostdraft is a legal tech solution operator developed by Japanese lawyers, and provides services that automate legal document work such as contracts by linking to Microsoft Word. It is currently used by over 600 law firms and corporate legal teams around the world, and officially entered the Korean market early this year.

BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun said, “This collaboration is very meaningful in that leading legal AI companies from both countries are creating innovation in the Asian legal tech ecosystem based on their respective expertise,” adding, “We will lead the way in providing services that increase work efficiency in the Asian legal tech market, starting with Japan.”

Yohei Fujii, CEO of Boostdraft, said, “This agreement is an important first step for Boostdraft to fully enter the Korean legal tech market,” and added, “We hope that the technological prowess and business networks of both companies will create positive synergy.”

Meanwhile, BHSN has demonstrated notable results, such as reducing contract review time by an average of 67% by supplying Allybee to major domestic companies such as CJ CheilJedang, Aekyung Chemical, and Hanwha Solutions, and has proven both LegalAI's technological prowess and business potential by attracting a Series B investment of KRW 10 billion in March.
