NexoneSoft Provides 'Integrated Authentication Service' to National Tax Service AI Consulting Center

NexoneSoft announced on the 10th that it provided its integrated authentication service, ‘NexBe Sign,’ to the National Tax Service AI Consulting Center.

'Nexvisign' is a cloud-based (SaaS) integrated authentication solution designed according to the simple authentication interface guidelines of the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). Its main feature is that it provides a stable authentication relay service by reflecting the communication standards of various electronic signature authentication service providers. It can be linked with various authentication methods, so the scope of application can be expanded to both public institutions and private sectors.

Through this construction, NexoneSoft implemented an integrated authentication system for the main service menus of the National Tax Service AI Consultation Center’s visible ARS system, including ▲comprehensive income tax ▲earned income tax incentive ▲child incentive. The system simultaneously enhanced security and user convenience by utilizing electronic signature and simple authentication functions in the user authentication process.

The authentication environment of the National Tax Service AI Counseling Center, which previously only allowed mobile phone authentication, has been improved to allow the use of various certificates through the introduction of 'Nexvisign'. Accordingly, authentication methods have become diversified, and stable service provision has become possible even in the event of a certificate failure. By supporting major certificates such as Naver, Kakao, and Toss, accessibility to authentication has been improved for the public, and convenience for the digitally excluded, such as the elderly and the disabled, has also been improved.

The National Tax Service's visible ARS system is a service that improves administrative accessibility for the hearing impaired and other digitally vulnerable groups by providing audiovisual information simultaneously, and can be used on the ARS app by dialing the representative number 126.

This authentication system was introduced through collaboration between NexoneSoft and Colgate. Colgate CEO Lee Kang-min said, “The integrated authentication service has enhanced security and user-centered authentication convenience,” and “We are realizing a differentiated user experience through the integrated provision of various certificates.”
