Willog , an IoT-based logistics intelligence solution company, announced on the 10th that it has completed the 'Logistics Integration Visualization and Data Analysis' seminar co-hosted with the Korea Integrated Logistics Association .
This seminar was held for two days on the 28th and 29th of last month at the Korea Integrated Logistics Association training center, and was attended by logistics operation managers from approximately 50 companies who had pre-registered.
The event was divided into two sessions under the theme of ‘Logistics Innovation Completed with Data.’ The first session presented the importance of securing integrated logistics visibility and ways to maximize logistics operation efficiency, while the second session revealed a plan to build a data-based decision-making system and a logistics innovation strategy.
In particular, the importance of diagnosing the reality and limitations of data utilization by domestic manufacturing companies and securing integrated visibility and an execution system to overcome them was emphasized. In the case of a special display manufacturer introduced during the session, tangible results were introduced, such as a 40% decrease in transport damage rate and a 98% improvement in temperature maintenance rate after the introduction of Willog's 'Control Tower'. In addition, a strategy for integrated utilization of big data, AI, and IoT technologies to respond to supply chain complexity was also presented.
Willog CEO Jihyun Yoon said, “This seminar was a meaningful opportunity to directly share Willog’s goal of data-based logistics innovation and real-world cases,” and added, “We will continue to provide data-centric, actionable insights to strengthen our customers’ logistics competitiveness.”
