AI startup TWO Platforms announced on the 10th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Coxwave, the operator of the conversational AI product analysis platform 'Align'. The agreement was signed on May 31, and the two companies plan to jointly pursue innovation in the enterprise AI ecosystem by advancing conversational AI solutions for businesses.
Through this agreement, both companies will focus on combining their respective technological capabilities to improve the performance and efficiency of various enterprise conversational AI solutions, from AICC (Artificial Intelligence Contact Center) to in-house chatbots.
Two Platform is an AI company headquartered in Silicon Valley, operating mainly in Korea and India.
