SmileShark Acquires Amazon Web Services' Generative AI Competency

AWS Premier Tier Partner SmileShark has acquired the ‘Generative AI Competency’ from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The AWS Generative AI Competency Program is a program that selects partners who have successfully built customer-tailored solutions based on AWS's core generative AI technologies through rigorous technical screening and customer case evaluation. Partners who have acquired the Generative AI Competency can safely and effectively support customers in the introduction and practical application of generative AI.

This competency acquisition is the result of SmileShark proving that its design and operational experience in various industrial fields meets both AWS's technical requirements and practical evaluation criteria.

Smileshark has been carrying out projects by not only simply implementing generative AI technology, but also designing the optimal architecture according to the customer's data structure, work flow, and infrastructure environment. In particular, it is different in that it designed the entire process from PoC design to budget establishment and operator training so that even non-development organizations unfamiliar with generative AI can easily introduce it.
