Dotio announced on the 9th that it was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' technology startup support program 'TIPS'.
Dotio operates an AI-based onboarding and training solution called ‘Binder’, and with this TIPS selection, it plans to focus on improving the solution.
Binder is an onboarding solution that automates repetitive tasks for HR managers and helps new employees adapt to the organization. It systematically manages the organizational adaptation process experienced by employees before and after joining the company. It is explained that it contributes to reducing early resignation rates and increasing organizational adaptability by providing personalized content and interactive functions.
Currently, Dotio is providing free trials and service introductions through its official website. This selection of Tips is expected to be an opportunity for Dotio to strengthen its position in the domestic HR tech market and lay the foundation for entering the global market.
Kim Tae-hoon, CEO of Dotio, said, “Being selected as TIPS is an opportunity to work harder on improving our services and developing new functions that reflect the diverse needs of our customers,” and added, “We will continue to work so that more companies can experience efficient human resource management through Binder.”
