Gabia and Vessel AI Sign Business Agreement

Cloud specialist Gabia and AI platform startup Vessel AI announced on the 9th that they are collaborating to build the 'Gabia Cloud AI Platform'.

On May 30, the two companies signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) for joint development of a cloud-based AI platform and business cooperation. The purpose of this cooperation is to establish a practical AI infrastructure environment that can be easily utilized by both public institutions and private companies.

Gabia plans to provide a stable and scalable AI platform infrastructure by utilizing its cloud infrastructure operation experience and GPU-based resources accumulated in the public and private markets. In particular, it plans to actively respond to the demand for public AI introduction based on its infrastructure capabilities that have obtained public certification.

Vessel AI is an MLOps specialized company that supports the entire process from development to deployment and operation of machine learning-based AI models, and provides a customized AI environment for companies through a flexible platform based on open source. In addition, it has the latest technologies such as LMOps, RAG, and fine tuning, as well as orchestration capabilities with integrated management functions for GPU, model, and agent.

Through this collaboration, Gabia will be in charge of building a cloud infrastructure-based platform, while Vessel AI will be in charge of building an AI operating system and providing technical support based on core technologies. The two companies plan to jointly operate the platform and conduct marketing and sales activities targeting the public and private markets. They will also pursue joint research and development of practical training programs related to MLOps and LLMOps.
