All-in-one AI growth platform ' Hackle' announced that it has acquired deep link service 'Supalink'. This acquisition is Hackle's first case of external service acquisition, and is evaluated as a strategic decision for enhancing CRM marketing and entering new markets.

Hackle is an all-in-one AI growth platform that provides various functions such as A/B testing, data analysis, and personalized CRM marketing by utilizing customer behavior data and artificial intelligence (AI). It also supports feature flags and remote configuration, and helps various job groups such as marketers, PM/POs, and developers make data-based decisions on a single dashboard. Currently, more than 200 companies including Olive Young, Samyang, GS Caltex, Kyobo Life, Shinhan Life, CJ ENM, Tving, Yeogi Eottae, Carrot Insurance, and Hanssem are conducting marketing using Hackle.

Supalink is a deep linking service launched earlier this year, and is growing rapidly with approximately 300 corporate and individual users from home and abroad signing up in time for the end of the Firebase Dynamic Link service in August.

Hackle has been consistently checking the demand for Firebase Dynamic Link alternatives through meetings with many customers before the acquisition of Supalink. With this acquisition, it plans to actively respond to related needs and secure new market contact points. After the acquisition, Supalink service will operate independently and maintain the existing user experience.

Hackle emphasized that this acquisition is a strategic choice to deeply understand deep link technology and customer needs. In addition, it will closely examine user inconveniences and requirements through Supalink and promote technology research and service advancement by reflecting the importance of utilizing app linkage in CRM marketing.

“In the CRM marketing environment, organic connections with external channels are becoming increasingly important,” said a Hackle official. “The insights we acquired through the acquisition of Supalink will contribute to the advancement of Hackle’s data-centric marketing automation technology.”
