HR tech company Wanted Lab announced that it will operate a ‘Baby Unicorn Company Exclusive Hall’ for companies participating in the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ Baby Unicorn 200 Incubation Project. This exclusive hall was planned for the purpose of supporting the recruitment of promising startups that have been recognized for their growth potential and technological prowess in the investment market.
About 30 baby unicorn companies from various technology fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and information and communication technology (ICT) will participate in the dedicated hall. Major participating companies include AI-based fandom commerce platform ‘Pending’, Workintelligence that operates patent data search service ‘Keywork’, Whitecube that operates beauty platform ‘Challengers’, global influencer and AI-based e-commerce company Aiden Lab, and Gadget Korea that operates eSIM-based data roaming platforms ‘Yusimsa’ and ‘Superalink’.
The dedicated hall is currently hiring more than 100 positions in various fields such as development, planning, design, and marketing. For the development field, they are hiring AI engineers, front-end and back-end developers, and data analysts, while for the non-development field, they are recruiting service planners (POs), product designers, marketers, business developers, and accountants. The dedicated hall will be open until August 31.
A Wanted Lab official said, “This dedicated hall is an attempt to strengthen the connection between promising startups and job seekers and to more effectively support the recruitment of talent by baby unicorn companies.” He added, “Wanted plans to continue various recruitment linkage activities to help job seekers grow their careers and companies secure talent.”
