Pinda, '3-stage stress DSR reflection'… DSR calculator 2.0 opened

– Pinda, DSR calculator improved to match the 3-stage stress DSR that will be implemented in July… Resolving concerns of users who are anxious about the decreasing limit

– Direct comparison of the current expected loan limit and the loanable amount subject to the stress DSR… Helps determine the optimal loan timing

– Freely simulate loan limits based on interest rates, repayment methods, and repayment periods… You can establish your own loan strategy even without a loan

Fintech company Pinda (Co-CEOs Lee Hye-min and Park Hong-min), specialized in lending, announced on the 5th that it has released a revised version of the 'DSR Calculator 2.0' ahead of the implementation of the 3-stage stress DSR regulation.

Pinda's 'DSR Calculator 2.0' is characterized by being able to compare the loanable amount before and after the application of the 3-stage stress DSR based on user input values. When the user attempts to calculate the DSR, it displays the current loanable amount along with the amount that will be reduced starting in July when the 3-stage stress DSR is applied.

The Finda calculator helps users experience these changes firsthand, helping them decide whether they should take out a loan now or wait longer. Finda users can freely simulate their loan limit based on their expected interest rate, preferred repayment method, and repayment period, and thus find the optimal loan timing.

In particular, users without loans can check the loan amount based on their income without My Data connection. Users who want to receive a new loan can now establish their own loan strategy and prepare for the future through accurate DSR calculation.

Park Hong-min, Co-CEO of Finda, said, “We reflected the needs of users who want to know exactly how their loan limit will change due to the 3-stage stress DSR that will be applied in July,” and added, “We expect that the Finda DSR calculator, which is loved by many Finda users, will not only have a calculation function, but also serve as a guide to help make decisions about loans.”
