Graphy, KOSDAQ Listing Preliminary Review Passed.. “Proceeding with IPO Procedure”

Graphy , a 3D printing integrated solution company based on material technology, has passed the preliminary examination for listing on KOSDAQ . The company will prepare all matters necessary for submitting a securities report and then begin the initial public offering (IPO) process in earnest . The listing underwriters are KB Securities and Shinhan Investment Securities .

Founded in 2017 , Graphy develops and supplies integrated solutions related to 3D printing, including new materials for 3D printers ( photocurable resin ), direct printing shape memory transparent aligner (Shape Memory Aligner, SMA), nitrogen curing machine (Tera Harz Cure, THC), and design software (Direct Aligner Designer, DAD) .

Graphy has the technology to directly design and develop materials that match the properties and functions required for 3D printing products . In particular , it has the technology to independently synthesize oligomers, which are key components of photocurable resins used in 3D printing . While most 3D printing material companies rely on simple mixing methods using commercial oligomers , Graphy can manufacture materials with various properties and characteristics by directly designing and synthesizing oligomers .

Graphy developed the world's first shape memory 3D printing material (Tera Harz Clear, TC-85) in 2018 , and also successfully developed a shape memory transparent orthodontic device product using it for the first time in the world . This is a product that enables continuous and precise tooth movement compared to existing transparent orthodontic devices , and has over 100,000 clinical application cases to date .

In addition, we have developed nitrogen curing machine residual resin removal device (Tera Harz Spinner, THS) ▲ SMA robot system (Tera Harz Smart Robot, THSR) ▲ dedicated design software with artificial intelligence (AI) function (Direct Aligner Designer, DAD), etc. , and completed an in-house system that can directly produce SMA in hospitals and dental laboratories .

Graphy CEO Sim Woon-seop said, I believe that Graphy’s unique technological prowess and business viability have been objectively verified through this preliminary review approval for special technology, and We will continue to grow as a company that shifts the paradigm of the 3D printing industry based on our integrated capabilities encompassing everything from materials to software.
