Seoul Fintech Lab is a fintech specialized support organization established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and it plays a role in promoting the growth of promising domestic and international fintech companies and supporting their global expansion. Companies that move in are provided with office space located in the financial center of Yeouido, as well as mentoring, networking, investment attraction, and customized programs for overseas expansion. Through this, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is striving to create a digital financial innovation ecosystem and foster fintech companies with global competitiveness.
Giraffe AI Labs provides asset management and deposit services using quantitative strategy algorithms based on artificial intelligence technology, and has recently expanded its business area to a Web3-based securities platform. It is attracting attention as a next-generation financial technology company by developing asset management solutions that combine AI and blockchain technologies.
Seoul Fintech Lab stated that it decided to move in this time because it highly evaluated Giraffe AI Labs’ technological prowess and future expansion potential. An official from the institution said, “Giraffe AI Labs, which combines AI and Web3 technology, is a company with the potential to complement the limitations of the existing financial system,” and “We will help it grow even faster with Seoul Fintech Lab’s support.”
With this move-in, Giraffe AI Labs plans to focus on strengthening its network of collaboration among fintech companies and expanding its contact points with global investors and partners. A company official said, “Based on the various supports from Seoul Fintech Lab, we will accelerate the development of the Web3 securities platform and leap forward as a company with competitiveness in the future financial market.”
