Seoul Fintech Lab, a fintech startup support platform operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, has selected ‘ DBD Lab (brand name: UserSpoon)’ as a new resident company for the first half of 2025. Seoul Fintech Lab is a fintech startup incubation base directly operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government located in the financial center of Yeouido. It discovers innovative companies based on financial and IT technologies and provides customized support covering the entire growth process, including global market entry, investment attraction, networking, and space.
The recently selected DB Lab is a company that develops AI-based UX research automation solutions to help fintech companies quickly and cost-effectively improve their user experience. Operating under the brand name of ‘UserSpoon,’ they automate the entire process from survey design to data analysis through their self-developed AI research agent, and have established a research environment that can secure global user feedback from Japan, Vietnam, and the United States, drawing attention from domestic and international fintech companies.
In particular, DBD Lab is suggesting the possibility of linking with fintech services by allowing users to convert the rewards they have earned into small investments or bitcoins through the research participation reward system 'Ujutest'. This is also in line with the 'financial service-based innovation ecosystem' promoted by Seoul Fintech Lab, and is an area that greatly anticipates future synergy in cooperation with Seoul City.
