
Social venture Nanum Vitamin Co., Ltd. announced on the 5th that it was finally selected for the ‘Little Penguin’ program, a promising startup fostering program hosted by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
'Little Penguin' is a startup support program of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund that selects early startups with high growth potential and provides them with funding and guarantee support, expert mentoring, and investment connections. Selected companies can receive financial support of up to 1 billion won, and the 'First Penguin' program intensively supports early startups with high growth potential. First Penguin is a representative startup support system that provides guarantee support of up to 3 billion won for up to 3 years.
Nanum Vitamin operates a digital donation welfare platform called ‘Nabiyam’ that supports vulnerable groups and children at risk of starvation, and possesses technology that matches donors and beneficiaries in real time using artificial intelligence (AI). Through this, it is creating a transparent and efficient donation culture and providing customized solutions for planning and operating ESG/CSR campaigns for companies and organizations.
Nanum Vitamin is presenting a sustainable social contribution model for those in welfare blind spots, such as children at risk of starvation, and is conducting a campaign to provide donations and nutritional supplements to 100 children at risk of starvation nationwide in cooperation with the Korea Amway Future Foundation from May to June of this year. In the past, it has collaborated with various companies and organizations, such as SK Innovation E&S and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea.
