Detonic selected as 'Innovation Premier 1000'

Detonic Co., Ltd., an AI data platform specialist, has been selected for the ‘Innovation Premier 1000,’ a government-led innovation growth company fostering program.

Detonic announced on the 4th that it had been selected as a target company for the '2025 First Innovation Premier 1000' jointly promoted by 13 government ministries including the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Financial Services Commission. This program is a policy that discovers key small and medium-sized enterprises with innovation and technological capabilities by industry and provides intensive fostering and support at the government level.

Detonic develops and supplies a multi-purpose data platform covering the public and private sectors using its own technology, and is expanding its presence in the global market by participating in smart city projects in major domestic corporations as well as in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company demonstrated its technological excellence by collaborating with the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency to shorten the epidemiological investigation time from several days to a few minutes. Currently, it has secured major domestic companies such as Samsung, LG, and CJ as its main clients, and is continuously expanding its AI infrastructure business based on its data platform.

The data platform is considered a core element of the AI ecosystem along with generative AI services such as ChatGPT and computational equipment such as GPUs, and overseas, Palantir, Snowflake, and Databricks are leading the market. Detonic is also continuing to grow based on its own technological competitiveness based on a similar business model to these companies.

Through this selection, Detonic will receive financial benefits from policy finance institutions, such as preferential interest rates, expanded loan limits, and relaxed screening requirements, and will also receive support such as additional points, consulting, and investment linkages when participating in government projects.
