
Muhayu, an AI company based on natural language processing, announced on the 4th that its AI interview service 'Monster' has acquired the Certification of AI Trustworthiness (CAT) 1.0 hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA).
CAT certification is a system that comprehensively evaluates various factors such as the risk management system and technology governance structure of AI systems to enhance the reliability and competitiveness of domestic AI companies. It is granted only after passing a strict examination of six trustworthy attributes: safety, security, resilience, explainability, bias and fairness, accountability, transparency, stability, and robustness.
'Monster' is Korea's first conversational AI interview service that analyzes the applicant's interview attitude and communication skills as well as the content of the answers in real time to evaluate the job and organizational fit and support the evaluator's decision-making. It is characterized by generating natural follow-up questions based on the applicant's answers and providing common questions and customized questions reflecting the content of the self-introduction.
In addition, Muhayu is also operating the AI document evaluation service 'Prism'. Prism analyzes the applicant's job suitability and company suitability through self-introduction analysis, and processes more than 1.2 million self-introductions every year to increase the efficiency of companies in the talent recruitment process. Currently, about 700 companies, from startups to financial institutions and large corporations, are utilizing Monster and Prism.
