
ITMAX Co., Ltd. announced that it will participate in 'Smart Tech Korea 2025 (STK 2025)' held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from June 11th to 13th and introduce Salesforce's latest digital transformation (DX) solution.
Smart Tech Korea is Korea's largest tech business exhibition that shares the latest trends in various cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
ITMAX is an official partner of Salesforce Korea, and has been collaborating with the company since 2010. It is evaluated as the longest-running partner company in Korea. It has carried out more than 300 Salesforce-based construction projects to date and provides customized digital transformation strategies for each industry.
At this exhibition, i2Max will be focusing on three main solutions: ▲Sales Cloud, ▲i2DMS (manufacturing partner management solution), and ▲Agentforce.
'Sales Cloud' is an AI-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that supports improved sales performance through functions such as sales forecasting, contact and customer history management, and mobile environment response. 'i2DMS' is a dealer management system for global manufacturing customers that integrates distribution channel and partner operation data to increase the efficiency of company-wide partnership management.
In addition, 'AgentForce' is an AI agent platform based on Salesforce's generative AI and large-scale language model (LLM), and can be used in various areas such as customer response automation, marketing support, and internal work processing. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and enables efficient problem solving through the counselor linkage function for complex customer requests.
An official from I2MAX said, “Through this exhibition, we plan to present specific introduction plans and implementation strategies to respond to DX demands by industry,” and “We will strengthen customer-centered technological innovation based on our all-round digital transformation capabilities based on AI and CRM.”
