Sejinsa Co., Ltd. announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Seodaemun 50 Plus Center in Seoul on May 27th to support job transitions for middle-aged and older people. This agreement was held at the Seodaemun 50 Plus Center, and was signed with representatives and related personnel from both organizations in attendance.
This business agreement aims to build an integrated job transition program that focuses on practical training, field placement, and job linkage for the middle-aged and older generations, and to promote actual job creation and local community activation through this. According to the agreement, Sejin Co., Ltd. will operate an education program to train mobile car wash experts, and Seodaemun 50 Plus Center will be in charge of recruiting participants and operating education. The two parties plan to minimize the gap between education and actual employment through an all-in-one job transition process that connects theory to practice, field placement, and job linkage as one flow.
Sejinsa is a startup that provides mobile car wash and vehicle management O2O platform services under the name of ‘People who are serious about car washing’. It operates a service that directly visits customers’ residences to wash and manage the exterior and interior of vehicles. Currently, there are over 600 car wash personnel registered on the platform, and they are providing on-site services through systematic training and operation systems.
Sejinsa CEO Yongbin Yoon said, “Vehicle management service is a specialized field that requires technology and detail, not simple labor. Middle-aged and older people have great potential to adapt stably to the field and gain customer trust based on a sense of responsibility and learning attitude.”
Seodaemun 50 Plus Center Director Eom Young-soo said, “Through this collaboration, we will actively support the middle-aged and older generations to become active members of society again through new professional jobs.”
