Data Knows, 'AI MAS DAY' wraps up

Data Knows, a data- based real estate solution company, announced that it has concluded the 'AI MAS DAY' event held at the Eliana Hotel in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on May 29. This event was attended by many people from across the real estate industry, including construction, distribution, implementation, and trust companies, and various expert lectures were held on the company's new solution 'AI MAS' and the future outlook for the real estate market.

The main programs of the event included a lecture on '2025 Real Estate Market Outlook' by Data Knows CEO Kim Ki-won and a presentation on 'Apartment Sales Strategy that Sold Out Even During High-Price Period' by Wol Yong Subscription Research Institute CEO Park Ji-min. Edit Collective CEO Jeon Ju-hyung introduced a data-based apartment planning and business feasibility review plan, and Korea Asset Purchase CEO Kim Jong-goo explained the convergence trend of real estate and finance. BS Hanyang Team Leader Lee Min-no presented the digital transformation flow through a case of proptech applied to a construction site.

Data Knows Managing Director Kim Jae-gu shared the business status of the company’s platform under the theme of ‘Richgo B2B Business Performance and Vision’ and introduced the distribution marketing strategy solution ‘Distribution Plus’. Team Leader Woo Hwa-rang then demonstrated the functions of the newly upgraded ‘AI MAS’ and presented practical application cases and utilization plans.

The lobby of the event venue featured an 'AI MAS' experience booth and a partner exhibition booth, providing attendees with the opportunity to directly use AI-based analysis tools and see how they could be used in their own businesses. Q&A sessions and consultations on product features were held on site.

The recently officially released 'AI MAS' has the ability to predict the appropriate sale price of a business site, expected subscription competition rate, etc. by applying artificial intelligence technology. In addition, user convenience has been improved with the addition of functions such as 'My Report', 'Data Room', and 'Demand Analysis based on NICE Financial Data'. Data Knows explains that since the first release of the MAS solution in 2022, it has significantly strengthened AI functions and increased product competitiveness.
