Channel Talk Selected as Official Kakao Global Advertising Partner

Channel Corporation announced on the 2nd that its all-in-one AI business messenger 'Channel Talk' was selected as the launch partner for 'Kakao Global Advertising' and will support local marketing for companies entering the North American market.

Kakao Global Advertising is an advertising product that allows for display banner ads and KakaoTalk channel-based business message delivery to approximately 1.8 million KakaoTalk users in North America. Companies can link their official brand channels in KakaoTalk with Channel Talk to send customized targeting messages such as inducing repeat visits, promoting purchases, and providing discount coupons.

Through this partnership, Channel Corporation customers can now conduct marketing activities targeting North American users in addition to existing targeted advertising for domestic KakaoTalk users. In addition, they will receive various support services such as brand status analysis, North American local marketing consulting, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) design.

Channel Corporation plans to support its clients in the entire process from attracting new customers to converting them to purchases based on its experience in operating global businesses in the North American and Japanese markets and its know-how in expanding sales through customer consultation. It will also use its experience in sending domestic KakaoTalk notifications to advance its overseas message sending system.
