'TechCon 2025' hosted by Xforum to be held at COEX on June 11

'TechCon 2025', which provides an overview of the flow of the smart technology industry, will be held at COEX in Seoul from June 11 to 13. This year's 7th event will focus on robots, artificial intelligence (AI), and security, and will share technology cases and strategies being applied in actual industrial sites.

The theme of this conference is 'The Real Deal, TechX (Technology that is Driving Industry Now)', and it is expected to be a place to look beyond simple technology trends and examine actual industrial changes and technology applications in the global market. In the industrial robot field, China's Unitree Robotics will participate and introduce practical application cases of its quadruped robots, B2 and GO2 series, and from Korea, collaborative robot manufacturer Neuromeka will present on the collaboration model between robots and humans in a smart manufacturing environment. Daedong Robotics, Tweeny, and Goyoung Technology will also participate and discuss the latest issues related to autonomous driving technology and industrial automation.

In the AI field, there will be a technical and social integration discussion on ethical AI and generative AI. Golnoush Parnadi, a Canadian CIFAR AI professor and Mila researcher, will give a keynote speech on the direction of trust-based AI utilization and future technologies. SAP Korea will present on real-world use cases in the industry, such as digital twins and agent AI, and Samsung SDS, FortyTwoMaru, Yanolja, and MaumAI will also participate and present case-based presentations on how AI technology functions as an industrial strategy.

In the security field, data protection and threat response strategies required in the digital hyper-connected era will be discussed. IBM Korea will present a security framework in a hybrid cloud environment and a quantum security response strategy, while Microsoft, Trend Micro Korea, Winstechnet, AI SPERA, Cato Networks, etc. will also participate to cover the entire security technology including integrated security systems, security automation, and threat intelligence. In particular, discussions are expected to include ways to build a convergence ecosystem that combines AI, robots, and security technologies.
